How we work
We bring these terms to every engagement, before anyone discusses scope or price. If they don't suit how your organization works, we're probably the wrong firm — and we'd rather find that out in the first conversation than the fourth.

The board, its confidence thresholds, its audit requirements and its authority to stop a pipeline are defined before a single production component is built. Adding controls to a system that was never built for them costs more and convinces no one.

No model and no automation commits a final configuration, alters contracted data, or bypasses verification. Deterministic business rules run independently of, and take precedence over, any model output. Below the confidence threshold, work is quarantined to a person — never advanced quietly.

We won't quote a savings figure until we've measured the baseline. We scope and price discovery on its own, and it produces auditable numbers. We price what comes next from those numbers — not from an assumption written to win the work.

Process maps, future-state blueprints, the baseline dataset, the governance charter — yours, including if you read the findings and decide to stop. A discovery engagement that leaves you dependent on the consultant has failed at its job.

Infante Automation is a Puerto Rico consultancy specializing in AI governance and process automation for regulated industries. Engagements are led personally by the firm's principal, Michael X. Infante.

Earlier work across healthcare systems engineering and global manufacturing supplies the measurement discipline behind every engagement.
